WHY DO WE NEED VITAMIN D?
With a third of the 210,502 British patients tested being Vitamin D deficient, a study from the Health and Food Supplements Information Service (HSIS) has highlighted the need for supplement-specific solution.

HSIS nutritionist Dr. Pamela Mason concludes: “supplementation would therefore appear to be the best way to achieve recommended 25(OH)D levels“. She therefore urges the UK population to take a Vitamin D supplement daily and all year round.
