  • Comprehensive Shipping Services: Beauty By Post will handle all shipping, customs clearance, VAT payments, and HMRC returns.
  • Inventory Management: Receive bulk stock into our warehouse, check, report, and prepare it for picking.
  • Order Fulfilment: Receive or download orders from your website, pick, pack, and ship for next-day delivery to the UK, Ireland, and most EU destinations.
  • Customer Service Support: Experienced staff, familiar with medical and cosmetic products, provide customer service support from the same office as the shipping centre.
  • Secure Stock Handling: Bulk sales stock is received on consignment to a dedicated corporate body, with the stock always held under the brand’s order.
  • Payment Processing: Payments received from Shopify or other routes are deposited into a dedicated sterling bank account used exclusively for the client’s business.
