After graduating with a degree in Fashion Marketing and Branding, Rachel took her skills and began a career in PR. With working with some of the biggest brands in the health and fitness world, Rachel has been named the ‘queen of networking’ and loves building relationships with press, resulting in stand out pieces of coverage. Rachel has a true obsession with all things beauty, brunch, working out, and also loves keeping up with the latest fashion trends and putting outfits together, which always results in changing at least 3 times before she leaves the house!

With a love for beauty and wellbeing and a passion for storytelling, Olivia began a career in beauty and wellness PR and never looked back.
Working with a mix of clients from household names to startup brands, Olivia loves building strong, lasting relationships between clients and their audiences.
When Olivia isn’t working you’ll find her planning her next trip in the sun or browsing the Selfridges beauty hall.

After graduating from the Fashion Retail Academy with a degree in Marketing and Communications, Rebecca has been focused on building a career in public relations.
Passionate about helping brands grow, she loves securing meaningful coverage and seeing the impact of her work come to life. With a strong interest in beauty, Rebecca supports the Flipside team and enjoys spotting emerging trends and pitching them in a way that’s both relevant and engaging.
Erin Rider
Content & Social Media Manager
After graduating from Fashion Retail Academy with a 2:1 in her Marketing and Communications degree, Erin began her career in the world of beauty PR. A social media enthusiast, Erin makes sure to stay on top of all latest beauty trends as well as forecasting whats next on the scene. With Erin’s expertise in social media, she always has a camera in hand to capture engaging content at our press and influencer events, as well as dragging the team into a Flipside TikTok, or creating fun content for the Flipside Instagram.
When Erin isn’t working you can be sure to find her over on TikTok sharing hair and makeup content. No look is ever complete for Erin without a nude lip liner and good perfume!
Sadie & Hannah
Design & Development
We also work with two highly experienced professionals, Sadie and Hannah, double teaming it in our design and website development department. Sadie has over 7 years experience in the marketing and design industry and has lead international healthcare companies through rebrands and strategic design developments.
Sadie works closely with Hannah, a fiercely good website developer, with years of experience coding and developing websites for companies across the world.
