Lynne is the founder and Managing Director of Flipside PR which she set up in 2003. She specialises in creating successful trade and consumer campaigns for professional skincare, makeup brands, aesthetic treatments and spokespeople. Having delivered high-impact campaigns for some of the leading industry names, such Bare Minerals, RevitaLash, Courthouse Clinics and ABC Lasers, Lynne uses her expertise to help aesthetic brands, clinics, practitioners and skincare brands harness the power of PR and social media to improve marketing, sales and business growth.
Lynne loves a smoky eye and a nude lip and will mostly be seen wearing black! She loves Mulberry bags, Panda’s and has a serious addiction to Sweaty Betty. Outside the office you will most likely find her at Psycle London, walking in Regent’s Park listening to true crime pod casts, at the cinema or eating sushi or donuts somewhere!
After graduating with a degree in Fashion Marketing and Branding, Rachel took her skills and began a career in PR. With working with some of the biggest brands in the health and fitness world, Rachel has been named the ‘queen of networking’ and loves building relationships with press, resulting in stand out pieces of coverage. Rachel has a true obsession with all things beauty, brunch, working out, and also loves keeping up with the latest fashion trends and putting outfits together, which always results in changing at least 3 times before she leaves the house!
An avid writer, Amy graduated from the University of Bristol with a first-class degree in English. She began her career in journalism before transitioning to the world of PR. A wordsmith with a passion for all things beauty, Amy loves creating innovative and engaging content just as much as she loves trialling the latest skincare sensation or cult-classic cream.
With a tendency to think outside the box, she revels in coming up with creative ideas to increase brand awareness and generate client coverage. A self-proclaimed perfectionist, Amy has a keen eye for detail and enjoys using her artistic inclination to curate visually beautiful content.
A fashion fanatic, you’ll most likely find Amy trawling the west end on weekends or Marie Kondo-ing her wardrobe into oblivion. Amy loves a good nude lip and is rarely seen without her statement winged liner.
After graduating from the University of Nottingham with a first-class degree in American Studies and English, Tatiana was set on pursuing a career in all things fashion and beauty. Always keeping up with the latest trends, you can count on Tatiana to know what’s “in”, what will be “in”, and what should be “in”. Her desire to share her knowledge of the fashion and beauty industries with others is the ultimate driving force behind her writing and her motivation to build long-standing relationships with press and influencers.
When Tatiana isn’t working, you’ll find her eagerly expanding her knowledge of the fashion and beauty world, whether that’s through reading, or even better, travelling. A wannabe Parisian girl, she loves to pair a peachy blush with a natural, glossy lip.
After leaving the fashion retail academy with a distinction in PR & Marketing, Evelyn began her career networking in the world of beauty PR. A social media fanatic, Evelyn makes sure to stay on top of all latest beauty trends as well as forecasting whats next on the scene. With social media being Evelyn’s forte, she always has a camera in hand to capture engaging content at our press and influencer events, as well as dragging the team into a Flipside Tik Tok, or creating fun content for the Flipside Instagram.
When Evelyn’s not working you can be sure to find her strutting around Soho in a colourful outfit and a pair of cowboy boots, getting street style inspiration, or simply sipping an iced latte.
We also work with two highly experienced professionals, Sadie and Hannah, double teaming it in our design and website development department. Sadie has over 7 years experience in the marketing and design industry and has lead international healthcare companies through rebrands and strategic design developments.
Sadie works closely with Hannah, a fiercely good website developer, with years of experience coding and developing websites for companies across the world.
