From exciting announcements to Instagram giveaways, it’s been another busy week for team Flipside!
There were yet more award announcements this week as two of our clients were shortlisted in the Top Santé Bodycare Awards. No Secrets’ Solo Eleven Bar has been shortlisted in the Best Body Bar category whilst DermaQuest’s GylcoBrite is in the running to be named Best Body Treatment!
Earlier this week, we hosted a social giveaway of another of DermaQuest’s holy grail products. Offering the chance to win 5 Advanced B5 Hydrating Serums, the giveaway attracted almost 300 entries and brought over 100 new followers to the DermaQuest UK account!
DermaQuest were back in the national press this week. Their CBD Healing Balm made it into Metro, hailed as a soothing saviour to alleviate runner’s aches and pains. Arbonne picked up some lovely features in Good Housekeeping, The Sunday Post and Niche Magazine while CATRICE featured in the Daily Mail and Take a Break. Elsewhere, RevitaLash were in Heat magazine while essence were seen in The Sun and Closer. BAAPS were also in Closer, while Drowsy made it into the Sunday Mirror, Sunday Express and Sunday People!
Picked as the perfect present for active mums, Boody’s bamboo sports bra made it into the Mail Online’s Mother’s Day gift guide.
“This sports bra is a basic must-have for any active wardrobe. Intended to provide medium, everyday support it’s perfect for gym workouts, yoga sessions and active weekends.”
Bounce Magazine was also on the hunt for the best gifts to spoil Mum this Sunday. Arbonne’s new ‘It’s My Jam’ Blush Duos were included in its run down of the top treats guaranteed to please.
RevitaLash’s cult classic eyelash serum was inundated with more glowing reviews this week. MSN and Expert Reviews attested to its cult status.
“Arguably the best-known premium eyelash serum, RevitaLash boasts both clinical credentials and an inspiring backstory, having been created by Dr Michael Brinkenhoff to help his wife Gayle recover her lashes following successful treatment for breast cancer. The serum contains a blend of peptides and Biotin to improve the density and strength of each eyelash hair, and botanicals including ginseng to stimulate growth.”
Lashes continued to dominate the conversation over on the Mail Online! Elsa McAlonan named CATRICE‘s Lift Up Volume & Lift Mascara as one of the best new mascaras on the scene.
And finally, essence! Always delivering the best in budget beauty, the brand’s amazing Lash Princess Volume Mascara was hailed a high-street hit by Liverpool Echo. The site detailed just a few of the product’s rave reviews.
“I’ve tried many top brands of Mascaras but Essence lash tops them all…it gives my own lashes length and body like I’m wearing false one…love it”.
That brings this week’s round up to a close. We’ll see you next Friday for more highlights! Until then, why not check out last week’s round up, here. Or our latest blog post, here.
Have a lovely weekend,
