Lynne Thomas is the founder and Managing Director of Flipside PR which she set up in 2003. She specialises in creating successful trade and consumer campaigns for professional skincare, makeup brands, aesthetic treatments and spokespeople. Having delivered high-impact campaigns for some of the leading industry names (such Bare Minerals, RevitaLash and Medik8), Lynne now uses her 16 years of expertise to help aesthetic brands, clinics, practitioners and skincare brands harness the power of PR and social media to improve marketing, sales and business growth. Her work has led to strong business and media connections in the professional skincare and aesthetic industry, with consumer journalists, beauty specialists and influencers and she is on the Business Advisory Board for Aesthetic Medicine magazine.
Lucy Balaam — Account Director
Lucy has a passion for health and beauty PR. Her experience working with PR agencies and corporate in-house positions has given her an in depth knowledge of the industry. Having delivered campaigns for such as Vitabiotics including Wellman & Wellwoman, Pregnacare and Perfectil. Lucy now uses her 14 years of expertise to help brands utilise the power of PR to deliver strong results. At Flipside, Lucy uses this experience to direct PR and social media strategy and campaigns and manages the Flipside team.
